This is a blog on what would have been a vacation if we didn't take an 18 month old. That just made it a trip. haha We went to Boca Raton, mostly because it was the fastest way for us to fly to get to the beach. The hotel was not as kid friendly as we first thought, but oh well. I am so lazy I am just going to do quick captions for each picture. Also, at her last Dr. appointment, Eliza weighs almost 23 pounds and is perfectly healthy.
I think this is the only picture we got at the actual beach, even though the hotel was on the beach she didn't really like the loud crashing sound the waves made. Plus, we saw some pretty big fish close to shore, so I was ok with that.
One of the best things we did was go to a Children's Museum, Eliza loved it. Here she is in the grocery store.

She was a great little shopper.
She thinks this little boy is our neighbor Joby, notice how excited she is.

Better watch out!
Captain Eliza
Even she had trouble reaching the top shelf. She probably needs to get used to that. haha
She loved the boat they had outside.
When we did go down to the beach she was very concerned with us losing our shoes. She also tried to destroy the boundary around a sea turtles nest, which would have been a huge problem.
Random picture from the plane.
Ok. We actually had to disconnect this phone because we couldn't keep her off it. There was also one touch dialing to each hotel service and we were afraid she would call Room Service and demand Apples and Cheese.

Another picture from the plane. I think this was the first flight. She was wonderful both legs of the trip. We were so amazed!
This is what she wanted to do all day. Stand in front of the outdoor shower and play in the water. She loved it and we used it even if we hadn't been down to the beach.
She loved climbing on this little table.
One day we went to the Palm Beach Zoo.
They had a splash pad, so it was a good thing we had an extra change of clothes.
Daniel thought this was cute as we walked through the hotel.
